The mobile phone number’s verification isdone by the user receiving an SMS message with a verification code which theywill have to enter on the website. Additionally, customers may select the typeof alerts and other preferences which will determine, together with theiraccount data, the frequency of alerts delivered to the customer. This programwill be on-going. Message & Data rates may apply. Customers will be allowedto opt out of this program at any time. • Questions: You can contact us800-331-3225 or 509-248-2634, or send a text message with the word”HELP” to this number: 48179. We can answer any questions you haveabout the program. • To Stop the program: To stop the messages from coming toyour phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. After that, you will not receive any futuremessages. • Terms & Conditions: By participating in Mobile Banking, you areagreeing to the terms and conditions presented here. • Our participatingcarriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, SprintPCS, T-Mobile®, U.S.Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, MetroPCS Mobile Banking and any software you mayobtain from Mobile Banking (“Software”) may not be available at anytime for anyreason outside of the reasonable control of Yakima Federal Savings and Loan orany service provider. Privacy and User Information. You acknowledge that inconnection with your use of Mobile Banking, Yakima Federal Savings and Loan andits affiliates and service providers, including Fiserv, Inc. and itsaffiliates, may receive and may share with one another names, domain names,addresses, passwords, telephone and device numbers, the content of messages,data files and other data and information provided by you or from other sourcesin connection with Mobile Banking or the Software (collectively “UserInformation”). Yakima Federal Savings and Loan and its affiliates and serviceproviders will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the information fromunauthorized disclosure or use, but reserve the right to use and disclose thisinformation as reasonably necessary to deliver Mobile Banking and as otherwisepermitted by law, including compliance with court orders or lawful instructionsfrom a government agency, to protect the personal safety of subscribers or thepublic, to defend claims, and as otherwise authorized by you. Yakima FederalSavings and Loan and its affiliates and service providers also reserve theright to monitor use of Mobile Banking and the Software for purposes ofverifying compliance with the law, these terms and conditions and anyapplicable license, but disclaim any obligation to monitor, filter, or edit anycontent. Restrictions on Use. You agree not to use Mobile Banking or theSoftware in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner orpurpose and will only be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules andregulations, including all applicable state, federal, and internationalInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/exportlaws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use Mobile Bankingor the Software to transmit or disseminate: (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicitedmaterial to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such materialor to whom you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; (ii)material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual propertyrights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights orlegal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients orsubscribers; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, asdetermined by Yakima Federal Savings and Loan (in its sole discretion), that isharassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, orotherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive inquantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm thereputation of Yakima Federal Savings and Loan or any third-party serviceprovider involved in the provision of Mobile Banking; (iv) material or datathat is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor),tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns orweapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g.,marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content),crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related(e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries),hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos,lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodiesthe products or services of any wireless carrier; (v) viruses, Trojan horses,worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that areintended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept orexpropriate any system, data, or personal information; (vi) any material orinformation that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; (vii) any material thatwould expose Yakima Federal Savings and Loan, any third-party service providerinvolved in providing Mobile Banking, or any other third party to liability; or(viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, orother technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Fiserv or any thirdparty. You agree that you will not attempt to: (a) access any software orservices for which your use has not been authorized; or (b) use or attempt touse a third party’s account; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provisionof Mobile Banking or the Software, the security of Mobile Banking or theSoftware, or other customers of Mobile Banking or the Software; or (d)otherwise abuse Mobile Banking or the Software. Use of Google Maps: You agreeto abide by the Google terms and conditions of use found athttp://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html and the Google Legal Notices foundat http://www.maps.google.com/help/legal notices_maps.html, or other URLs asmay be updated by Google. Messaging and Data Charges: By participating in theServices or using the Software you agree that the Services or Software mayrequire the use of your handheld device’s data and text messaging capabilitiesand that standard data and text messaging charges apply in accordance with yourService Agreement with your Mobile Service Provider. You agree that YakimaFederal Savings and Loan Association is not responsible for any charges you mayincur while using the Services and Software provided as part of this agreement.Addendum Mobile Banking is provided for your convenience and does not replaceyour monthly account statement(s), or account passbook(s) which are theofficial record of your account(s). The information contained within MobileBanking and any related software is for informational purposes only. Youunderstand and agree these services may not be encrypted and may includepersonal or confidential information about you such as your account activityand bill payment activity. Delivery and receipt of information, includinginstructions for payment, transfer and other monetary transactions, throughMobile Banking may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to yourInternet service provider(s), phone carriers, other parties, or because ofother reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for losses ordamages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties,non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccuratecontent in, information and instructions sent through Mobile Banking.Additionally, not all of the products, services or functionality described onthe online banking site(s) or your online banking agreement are available whenyou use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all theproducts, services or functionality described when you access or try to accessthem using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibilityfor any product, service or functionality at any time. Information availablevia Mobile Banking, including balance, transfer and payment information maydiffer from the information that is available directly through the OnlineBanking site without the use of a mobile device. Information available directlythrough online banking without the use of a mobile device may not be availablevia Mobile Banking, may be described using different terminology (includingcapitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our online banking site(s), ormay be more current than the information available via Mobile Banking,including but not limited to account balance information. The method ofentering instructions via Mobile Banking may also differ from the method ofentering instructions directly through the Online Banking without the use of amobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longerthrough Mobile Banking. We are not responsible for such differences includingbut not limited to delays, whether or not attributable to your use of the MobileBanking. Additionally, you agree that neither we nor our service providers willbe liable for any errors in the content of information obtained or transmittedthrough Mobile Banking, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon(including, but not limited to, the type of alerts and other preferencesselected by you). You are responsible for any and all charges, including, butnot limited to, fees associated with text messaging imposed by yourcommunications service provider. We are not responsible for any damagesresulting from your failure to comply with any terms and conditions provided byyour communication service provider or any app store. Any losses or chargesincurred through loss of mobile device or the safeguarding or failure tosafeguard passwords will remain your responsibility. Yakima Federal Savings andLoan Association reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at anytime. When material changes are made, we will notify you. You are solelyresponsible for providing updated physical mailing addresses as necessary.Revised Terms and Conditions shall become effective at the earliest dateallowed by applicable law or regulation. In the event of any conflict betweenthe Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions relatedto your account(s) to which Mobile Banking and any related software may beapplicable, the Terms and Conditions of Mobile Banking will prevail solely withrespect to the conflicting provisions and solely to the extent of the conflict.Continued use of Mobile Banking and any related Software constitutes youragreement with and acceptance of this Agreement, as well as any future changesto these Terms and Conditions. Exclusion of Warranties: The customer hasrequested that Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association allow accessaccounts remotely by mobile device utilizing the Internet. Yakima FederalSavings and Loan makes no representation or warranty, either express, impliedor statutory, concerning the Services. Also, Yakima Federal Savings and Loanmakes no representation or warranty, either express, implied or statutory,concerning any Software application provided by Yakima Federal Savings and LoanAssociation to facilitate mobile banking by the customer through their mobiledevice, or that it will operate uninterrupted or error free. The customerexpressly confirms acceptance and use of any Software application “as is” andwithout warranty of any character whatsoever and customer assumes all risk ofloss resulting from conducting mobile banking. Customer is exclusivelyresponsible for providing mobile phone service compatible with the Services andany Software application provided by Yakima Federal Savings and LoanAssociation for Services to be provided. No Liability and Hold Harmless: The YakimaFederal Savings and Loan Association will use commercially reasonable effortsand ordinary care to provide the customer with access to the Services inaccordance with these Terms and Conditions. In no event, however, shall YakimaFederal Savings and Loan Association be liable for its failure to provideaccess to mobile banking services or for customer’s failure to receive accessto the service whether either as a result of an error in or interruption of anySoftware application or as a result of any failure or interruption ofcustomer’s mobile phone service or equipment. Without limiting the generalityof the foregoing, Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association shall not beliable to the customer for delays or errors occurring by reason of circumstancesbeyond the control of the Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association,including without limitation, the failure of communication networks andinterference with or interruption of Internet access or service, the failure ofequipment, or any acts of civil, military, or banking authorities, nationalemergencies, labor difficulties, fire, flood or other catastrophes, acts ofGod, insurrection, war, riots, failure of transportation, failure of vendors,communication or power supply, or malfunction of or unavoidable difficultieswith its equipment. Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association will not beliable for consequential, incidental, special or, exemplary damages or lostprofits, even if the customer advises Yakima Federal Savings and LoanAssociation of the possibility of such damages. Customer acknowledges andagrees that customer is solely responsible for protecting the confidentialityand security of customer’s username and password, both of which are required inorder to access banking information through mobile and internet banking.Customer assumes and accepts all responsibility for the accuracy of alltransactions performed or undertaken utilizing the Services made available byYakima Federal Savings and Loan Association at customer’s request. Customershall hold Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association harmless from andagainst any liability of any character attributable to customer’s use of theServices.Touch ID™for Mobile Banking. Touch ID is an optional fingerprint sign-in method forYakima Federal Mobile Banking that is currently available for most Apple®devices that have a fingerprint scanner. To use Touch ID, you will need to saveyour fingerprint by going to “Settings > Touch ID & Passcode”on your Apple device to complete the setup (for more help with fingerprintscanning, contact Apple support at apple.com/support). Fingerprints are storedon your device only and Yakima Federal never sees or stores your fingerprintinformation. You acknowledge that by enabling Touch ID, you will allow anyonewho has a fingerprint stored on your device access to your personal and paymentaccount information within Yakima Federal Mobile Banking. Yakima Federalreserves the right to suspend or disable this feature at any time. Touch ID canonly be associated with one Mobile Banking username at a time on a device. Ifyour device doesn’t recognize your fingerprint, you can sign in using yourpassword. To use Touch ID for Mobile Banking on multiple devices, you will needto set it up for each device. You can enable or disable Touch ID anytime fromthe Services menu within Yakima Federal Mobile Banking. Apple and Touch ID aretrademarks of Apple Inc. Currently, fingerprint sign-in for Yakima FederalMobile Banking is only available on compatible iOS devices. Card ControlsAdditional Terms. The following supplemental Terms of Use (“Supplement”)applies to the card controls feature (“Card Controls”) within the MobileBanking mobile application (“Mobile Banking App”), notwithstanding anything inthe Agreement to the contrary. The Supplement only applies to Card Controls. IfCard Controls are not available to you, then this Supplement does not apply. Tothe extent there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and thisSupplement with respect to Card Controls, then the terms in this Supplementshall apply. 1. The Card Controls feature is only available for debit cardsissued by Yakima Federal that you register within the Mobile Banking App. 2.The Card Controls alerts and controls you set through use of the Mobile BankingApp may continue to apply, even if you delete the Mobile Banking App or removeit from your mobile device. Please contact Yakima Federal to discontinue thealerts and controls. 3. Certain Card Control functionality within the MobileBanking App may not be available for all transactions. Controls and alertsbased on the location of the mobile device where the Mobile Banking App isinstalled or the location of the merchant where the card is being attempted foruse may not apply appropriately to card-not-present transactions ortransactions where the actual location of the merchant differs from themerchant’s registered address. 4. Card Controls may enable access to YakimaFederal and third parties’ services and web sites, including GPS locatorwebsites, such as Google’s. Use of such services may require Internet accessand that you accept additional terms and conditions applicable thereto. 5. Tothe extent this Mobile Banking App allows you to access third party services,Yakima Federal, and those third parties, as applicable, reserve the right tochange, suspend, remove, or disable access to any of those services at any timewithout notice. In no event will we be liable for the removal of or disablingof access to any such services. We may also impose limits on the use of oraccess to certain services, in any case and without notice or liability. 6. THEMOBILE BANKING APP, THE SERVICES AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED”AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE,MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. INPARTICULAR, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TOANY PART OF OUR SERVICE, AND OPERATION OF THE MOBILE BANKING APP OR THESERVICES MAY BE INTERFERED WITH BY NUMEROUS FACTORS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THEFOREGOING DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE PROHIBITED BYSTATE LAW. 7. Limitation of Liability. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT FROM TIMETO TIME, THE MOBILE BANKING APP AND THE SERVICES MAY BE DELAYED, INTERRUPTED ORDISRUPTED FOR AN INDETERMINATE AMOUNT OF TIME DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OURREASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INTERRUPTION, DISRUPTIONOR FAILURE IN THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER CAUSED BY STRIKES, POWERFAILURES, EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS, INTERNET DISRUPTION OR OTHER REASONS. IN NOEVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS OR CONTRACTORS OR THE EMPLOYEESOR CONTRACTORS OF ANY OF THESE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATEDTO THE SERVICES THAT IS CAUSED BY OR ARISES OUT OF ANY SUCH DELAY,INTERRUPTION, DISRUPTION OR SIMILAR FAILURE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OURAFFILIATES OR LICENSORS OR CONTRACTORS OR THE EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS OF ANYOF THESE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL OR LOST PROFITS (EVEN IFADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE INSTALLATION,USE, OR MAINTENANCE OF THE MOBILE BANKING APP, OR THE SERVICES, OR THE WEBSITESTHROUGH WHICH THE MOBILE BANKING APP OR THE SERVICE OFFERED, EVEN IF SUCHDAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AND NOTICE WAS GIVEN REGARDING THEM. IN NOEVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS OR CONTRACTORS OR THE EMPLOYEESOR CONTRACTORS OF ANY OF THESE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, ARISING FROM OR RELATEDTO THE MOBILE BANKING APP, THE SERVICES OR THE WEBSITE THROUGH WHICH THE APP ORTHE SERVICES IS OFFERED, THAT YOU DO NOT STATE IN WRITING IN A COMPLAINT FILEDIN A COURT OR ARBITRATION PROCEEDING WITHIN TWO (2) YEARS OF THE DATE THAT THEEVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OCCURRED. THESE LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY TO ALLCAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDINGNEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY, AND THEAGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS AND CONTRACTORS AND THEEMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS OF EACH OF THESE, TO YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANYAND ALL CLAIMS OR OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TODIRECT OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES UP TO A MAXIMUM OF $500 (FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS).SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TOYOU. 8. Unless our account agreement with you states otherwise, this Agreementshall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State inwhich you reside, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. To theextent that the terms of this Agreement conflict with applicable state orfederal law, such state or federal law shall replace such conflicting termsonly to the extent required by law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, allother terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. YakimaFederal Alerts Terms and Conditions The following Alerts terms and conditions(“Alerts Terms of Use”) only apply to the Alerts feature (as definedbelow). If Alerts are not available to you, then this Alerts Terms of Use doesnot apply. To the extent there is any conflict between the terms of theAgreement and this Alerts Terms of Use with respect to Alerts, then the termsin this Alerts Terms of Use shall apply. Alerts. Your enrollment in YakimaFederal Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking (the “Service”) includesenrollment to receive transaction alerts and notifications (“Alerts”). Alertsare electronic notices from us that contain transactional information aboutyour Yakima Federal account(s). Alerts are provided within the followingcategories: • Mandatory Alerts provide you with important accountnotifications, such as information about changes to your Online Bankingpassword, PIN, or login information. You do not have the option to suppressthese Mandatory Alerts. • Account Alerts provide you with notification ofimportant account activities or when certain changes are made to your Serviceaccounts. These Alerts are automatically activated for you. Although you maysuppress these Account Alerts, we strongly recommend that you do not do sobecause they provide important information related to your Service accounts. •Additional Alerts must be activated by you to be enabled. These AdditionalAlerts can be accessed from the More menu within Yakima Federal Mobile Banking.Account Alerts and Additional Alerts must be managed and/or added onlinethrough the Service. You cannot maintain all Alerts through your mobile device.We may add new Alerts from time to time, or cancel old Alerts. We usuallynotify you when we cancel Alerts, but are not obligated to do so. YakimaFederal reserves the right to terminate its Alerts service at any time withoutprior notice to you. Methods of Delivery. We may provide Alerts through one ormore channels (“EndPoints”): (a) a mobile device, by text message; (b) a mobiledevice, by push notification; (c) an email account, by an e-mail message; or(d) your Yakima Federal Online Banking message in-box, by an e-mail message.You agree to receive Alerts through these EndPoints, and it is yourresponsibility to determine that each of the service providers for theEndPoints described in (a) through (c) above supports the email, pushnotification, and text message Alerts provided through the Alerts service.Please be advised that text or data charges or rates may be imposed by yourEndPoint service provider. Alert frequency varies by account and preferences.You agree to provide us a valid mobile phone number or email address so that wemay send you Alerts. If your email address or your mobile device’s numberchanges, you are responsible for informing us of that change. Your Alerts willbe updated to reflect the changes that you communicate to us with regard toyour primary and secondary email addresses or mobile device number. Alerts viaText Message. To stop Alerts via text message, text “STOP” to 48179at any time. Alerts sent to your primary email address will be unaffected bythis action. To restore Alerts on your mobile phone, just visit the Alerts tabin Yakima Federal Online Banking and click the box next to your mobile numberfor the Alerts you’d like to receive again. However, you acknowledge and agreethat your receipt of any Alerts may be delayed or prevented by factor(s)affecting your mobile phone service provider, internet service provider(s) andother factors outside Yakima Federal’s control. We neither guarantee thedelivery nor the accuracy of the contents of each Alert. You agree to not holdYakima Federal, its directors, officers, employees, agents and serviceproviders liable for losses or damages, including attorneys’ fees, that mayarise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from (a) a non-delivery,delayed delivery, or the misdirected delivery of an Alert; (b) inaccurate orincomplete content in an Alert; or (c) your reliance on or use of theinformation provided in an Alert for any purpose. Alert Information. As Alertsdelivered via SMS, email and push notifications are not encrypted, we willnever include your passcode or full account number. You acknowledge and agreethat Alerts may not be encrypted and may include your name and some informationabout your accounts, and anyone with access to your Alerts will be able to viewthe contents of these messages. Privacy and User Information – Data Analytics.You acknowledge that in connection with your use of Mobile Banking, YakimaFederal and its affiliates and service providers, including Fiserv, Inc. andits affiliates, may receive data about your usage of the service (such assession length, number of transactions and geolocation), and other data andinformation provided by you or from other sources in connection with MobileBanking or the Software. Yakima Federal and its affiliates and serviceproviders will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the information fromunauthorized disclosure or use, but reserve the right to use and disclose thisinformation as reasonably necessary to deliver Mobile Banking, performanalytics to improve the service, and as otherwise permitted by law, includingcompliance with court orders or lawful instructions from a government agency,to protect the personal safety of subscribers or the public, to defend claims,and as otherwise authorized by you. Fingerprint Login for Mobile BankingFingerprint Login is an optional fingerprint sign-in method for Yakima FederalMobile Banking that may be available for certain Android® mobile devices thathave a built-in fingerprint scanner. To use Fingerprint Login, you will need tofirst save your fingerprint on your mobile device (for more help withfingerprint scanning, contact the manufacturer that supports your mobiledevice). You acknowledge that by enablingFingerprint Login, you will allow anyone who has a fingerprint stored on yourdevice access to your personal and payment account information within Yakima FederalMobile Banking. Yakima Federal reserves the right to suspend or disable thisfeature at any time. Fingerprint Login can only be associated with one MobileBanking username at a time on a device. If your device does not recognize yourfingerprint, you can sign in using your standard login credentials (e.g.password). To use Fingerprint Login for Mobile Banking on multiple devices, youwill need to set it up for each device. You can enable or disable FingerprintLogin anytime within Yakima Federal Mobile Banking. Android is a trademark ofGoogle Inc. Deposit Checks:Wecan accept checks payable to you and drawn on a U.S. bank. We will not acceptchecks payable to others or made payable to a business. In addition, Traveler’sCheques, money orders, foreign checks, substitute checks, previously returnedchecks; postdated or stale dated checks (more than 6 months old) will not beaccepted. Limits: Deposit limitations vary based on your account history. Youmay request higher limits by contacting your Branch and making a request. Therequest will be reviewed and either approved or denied. You will be notified ofthe decision. Endorsement: You agree to restrictively endorse any itemtransmitted through mobile deposit as “For Mobile Deposit Only” along with yoursignature. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructionsfor use of Mobile Deposit Services as Yakima Federal Savings may establish fromtime to time. For a check payable to you and any joint owner(s) of youraccount, the check must be endorsed by all such payees and you may only useMobile Deposit to deposit such checks into an account jointly owned by allpayees. If the check is made payable to you and any non-joint owner, you maynot deposit the check into your account with Mobile Deposit services. Alldeposits are subject to verification and can be adjusted upon review.Availability: Scanning and submitting an Electronic Item(s) for deposit doesnot constitute receipt of the deposit by Yakima Federal Savings & Loan. Ingeneral, if an Electronic Item is presented via Mobile Capture for depositprior to 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time on a banking day we are open, we consider thatday to be the day of your deposit and funds will be immediately available onceaccepted. Otherwise, we will consider that the deposit was made on the nextBanking Day we are open. We may delay availability of funds based on suchfactors as the length and extent of your relationship with us, transaction andexperience information, and such other factors as we, in our sole discretion,deem relevant. All deposits are subject to verification and can be adjustedupon review. Please keep your paper check until the funds are posted to youraccount. Your Warranties to Yakima Federal Savings & Loan: • You willmaintain control over and be responsible for secure retention, storage anddestruction of original paper items for which you have created an ElectronicItem. After transmitting the Electronic Item(s) to us, you will retain thepaper item(s) for a minimum of five (5) calendar days, but no longer thanfourteen (14) calendar days, from the transmission date. You will retain andstore the original paper item in a secure and locked container that is onlyaccessible by persons needing access to such paper items. During the retention periodand upon our request, you agree to provide us with the original paper item(s).Once the retention period has expired, you will securely and irretrievablydestroy original paper item(s) from which have previously created and submittedto us an Electronic Item(s). • You will not submit any duplicate ElectronicItem(s) to us. • You will not deposit to your Account or otherwise negotiateany original paper item(s) from which you have previously created and submittedto us an Electronic Item(s), unless we have notified you that the ElectronicItem is an Exception Item and was not accepted for deposit into your account.Yakima Federal Savings & Loan makes no warranties that the Mobile DepositService will be error free, secure, and uninterrupted – you agree that the useof the Mobile Deposit Service is at your own risk and on an “as is” basis. Wereserve the right to deny access or remove your access to the Mobile DepositService without prior notice if we are unable to confirm your authority toaccess the Mobile Deposit Service or we believe such action is necessary forsecurity reasons.

 

 

Card Management Additional Terms

 

The card management feature is offered by YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION (referred to herein as “CardHub”, “us”, “we” or “our”) for use by YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION cardholders. YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION’s card management feature is intended to allow You to initiate certain payment card related activities for Your enrolled YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION card(s) via the card management feature. Those activities may include the ability to but not limited to:

 

  • Register the card

 

  • Activate and deactivate the card

 

  • Set control preferences for card usage including location, transaction, and merchant types, spend limits, and card on/off (“Controls”)

 

  • Set alert preferences for card usage including location, transaction, and merchant types, spend limits, and declined purchases (“Alerts”)

 

  • View transaction history including cleansed and enriched merchant information (e.g., merchant name, address, and contact information)

 

  • Report Your card as lost or stolen

 

  • Review Your spending by merchant type and/or by month

 

  • View a list of merchants storing Your card information for recurring or card-on-file payments

 

The card management feature may enable access to YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION and third parties’ services and web sites, including GPS locator websites, such as Google. Use of such services may require internet access and that You accept additional terms and conditions applicable thereto, including, with respect to Google maps, those terms and conditions of use found at http://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps. Html and the Google Legal Notices found at https://www.google.com/help/legalnotices_maps/, or such other URLs as may be updated by Google. To the extent the card management feature allows You to access third party services, YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION and those third parties, as applicable, reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, limit, or disable access to any of those services at any time without notice and without liability to You.

 

You agree to allow us to communicate with You via push notification, SMS and/or email, with respect to the activities performed via the card management feature.  Data fees may be imposed by Your mobile provider for the transmission and receipt of messages and Alerts.

 

YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION reserves the right to send administrative and service notifications via emails and/or SMS messages to the email address and/or phone number provided upon enrollment in YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION’s card management feature.

 

Availability/Interruption. You acknowledge that the actual time between occurrence of an event (“Event”) triggering a selected Control or Alert and the time the notification of such event is sent to Your mobile device (“Notification”) is dependent on a number of factors including, without limitation, Your wireless service and coverage within the area in which You are located at that time.  You acknowledge that Notifications of Events may be delayed, experience delivery failures, or face other transmission problems. Similarly, selection of Controls and Alerts (collectively, “Commands”) are likewise affected by the same or similar factors and problems could arise with use of Commands.  Notifications of Events may not be available to be sent to Your mobile device in all areas.

 

If You registered to receive Notifications to Your mobile device, the card management feature is available when You have Your mobile device within the operating range of a wireless carrier with an appropriate signal for data services. The card management feature is subject to transmission limitations and service interruptions. YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION does not guarantee that the card management feature (or any portion thereof) will be available at all times or in all areas.

 

You acknowledge and agree that certain functionality with the card management feature may not be available for all transactions. Commands based upon the location of the mobile device where the card management feature is installed or the location of the merchant where the card is being attempted for use may not apply appropriately to card-not-present transactions or transactions where the location of the actual location of the merchant differs from the merchant’s registered address.

 

 

 

You acknowledge and agree that neither YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION nor its third-party services providers (including the developer of the technology enabling the Notifications) are responsible for performance degradation, interruption or delays due to conditions outside of its control.  You acknowledge that neither YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION nor its third-party service providers shall be liable to You if You are unable to receive Notifications on Your mobile device in Your intended area.  YAKIMA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, for itself and its third-party service providers, disclaims all liability for: any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any Notification; any form of active or passive filtering.
