Our first time home buyer options make it easier for potential homebuyers to get into a home their first time. But its not just for “first time” buyers. In fact, if you haven’t owned a home in the last three years, you may qualify. Here is more of what we have to offer:
Down Payment Assistance**
Qualifying income* first-time home buyers may receive up to $15,000 in down payment assistance after completing a first-time home buyer class. Subject to availability and qualifications/approval by Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.
Loans with a down payment as little as 3%
Even if you don’t qualify for downpayment assistance, you may still be able to purchase a home with as little as 3% down. No need for FHA financing.
